The therapeutic process shouldn’t feel clinical. Counselling can be a safe space to breathe, reflect on your life, and explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings.
Counselling can be a safe space to breathe, reflect on your life, and explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings, who you are, where you are going, and what you hope to gain.
Clients often feel more aligned with their values, direction, and boundaries.
I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood and supported, and able to be your authentic, unique, best version of yourself.
The service provides a compassionate space where you feel understood, supported, and valued.
Counselling isn’t about giving advice or fixing problems. It’s a conversation, a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with someone who listens and understands.
Healing happens through connection with yourself and with others. That’s why we focus on trust, safety, and mutual understanding in our work together.
A Space to Breathe
Before you read on, try one slow minute of breathing. In for four, hold for four, out for six. There’s nothing to get right — just a small pause.
Meet the Therapist
I am Ranjan Nardani, an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering a tailored approach to therapy.
I have worked with clients through NHS talking therapies and community-based counselling services in London.

Tap anything that resonates — there’s no wrong answer. It helps me understand how I can support you.
Your reflection · Nothing chosen yet
Choose anything above that feels close to home, and I’ll shape a first conversation around it.
Whether you meet in person or online, I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe to open up and explore your challenges.
My Therapeutic Approach
Integrative counselling combines various therapies to tailor the approach to your needs and personal circumstances.
You are the expert on your own life. This approach offers warmth, empathy and genuine acceptance, so you can explore at your own pace and find your own answers.
This approach promotes awareness and healing, supporting wholeness by maximising all levels of a person’s being and functioning (mental, physical, and emotional health).
The focus is on understanding your experiences, building self-awareness, and strengthening emotional regulation and resilience.
Central to my practice is building an honest, compassionate relationship that fosters trust, so you feel safe sharing your whole, authentic self, including parts of your identity that may be harder to share right now.
This is what makes therapy personalised and effective.
The therapeutic process shouldn’t feel clinical; it should be a place where things finally start to make sense.

Questions
If your question isn’t here, just ask — call 07818 391310 or email.
No, you can self-refer and no formal diagnosis is necessary. It is common practice to provide GP details so that they may offer additional support for safeguarding reasons or to manage risk factors.
This is not a crisis support service and messages may not be checked outside of working hours. As with all emergencies, you can call 999. If you require mental health support, you may be able to receive this by dialling 111 and selecting option 2. Other free services include speaking to a listening volunteer at Samaritans by dialling the free national number 116 123, and you can text Shout on 85258.
You can speak in confidence with your therapist. There are two exceptions: if your therapist believes you are at risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. If it is necessary to breach confidentiality, your therapist will wherever possible aim to inform you first. In line with BACP guidelines, your therapist works with a clinical supervisor, without sharing your name.
Effective therapy depends on the strength of the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. Where possible your therapist will work with you to repair the relationship. Clients come from all walks of life, backgrounds, experience and history. If the pairing just doesn’t work, then I can guide you to find a therapist that is a better fit.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or through Stripe, which is a fast and secure payment processing tool. Please note, cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full.
The therapy is open ended and you are able to book sessions for short-term or long-term work. This can be discussed after the initial assessment, or after you have started your sessions. Sometimes the work may coincide with other life events and you can discuss this with your therapist to prioritise these or to extend your sessions to allow time for these challenges.
Yes. Remote sessions are available via Microsoft Teams, so you can meet from wherever feels comfortable. Whether you meet in person or online, I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe to open up and explore your challenges.
